The Super Mario Bros. Movie, an upcoming computer-animated adventure comedy film produced by Illumination in association with Nintendo, and will be distributed by Universal Pictures, will be released on April 7, 2023.
The Super Mario Bros. movie was first announced in 1993, and fans have been impatiently waiting to see the film ever since. The first teaser trailer just came out, showing us our first glimpse of Chris Pratt as Mario and how he’ll look in the big screen adaptation of the classic game franchise. See it below!
The film follows Mario and Luigi’s journey through the Mushroom Kingdom to stop King Koopa from taking over the kingdom. Along the way, they must travel through exotic locales, battle enemy soldiers of Bowser’s Koopa Troop and meet new friends who will help them on their quest.
